I’m excited to announce that I will be in the upcoming feature Hearts Beat Loud starring Nick Offerman, Toni Collette and Ted Danson. Filming will begin at the end of August. The film is slated for release in 2018. I’m excited to be a part of this project!

I am excited to announce that I was cast in this years Take Ten 2017. Take Ten is fast-paced evening of 10-minute plays by the award-winning students from Theater Masters’ National MFA Playwrights Competition. Featuring 8 plays by students at Arizona State University, Brown, Carnegie Mellon University, Northwestern, NYU, UCLA and UCSD. The pieces were directed by Stephen Cedars, Lee Kasper, and Daisy Walker. I got to work on some amazing new plays with up and coming playwrights. This fall Samuel French will publish the anthology of plays and my name will appear as an original cast member in three plays.

This year I’m excited to have a film in the 33rd Chicago Latino Film Festival. Mariachi Madness was such a joy to film last year and I will be excited to see it on the big screen alongside some of the best up and coming films.
The Chicago Latino Film Festival is produced every April by the International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago, a pan-Latino, nonprofit, multidisciplinary arts organization dedicated to developing, promoting and increasing awareness of Latino culture among Latinos and other communities by presenting a wide variety of art forms. The Chicago Latino Film Festival began in 1985 with 14 films projected onto a concrete wall for 500 viewers, and has now grown into the ILCC, which was originally founded as Chicago Latino Cinema.
This is a wonderful organization and I’m proud to go and support my film with many other Latino artists.

I was recently cast as Brooklyn Martinez in episode 415 – The Apothecary – of The Blacklist on NBC. Shooting has been a thrill. I’m so lucky to be in the company of so many amazing people. Cast and crew were both warm and welcoming. I’m a lucky lady!

I was recently cast as Alison in episode 108 – Too Perfect – of the new CBS lawyer drama BULL. It was an amazing experience. Everyone, from cast to crew, was a delight to work with. I feel very fortunate to have been part of this company. Here’s to many more!

Gonzalo Rodriguez Risco’s (MFA Yale 2009) Children of the Republic, directed by Elena Araoz, tells of a Peruvian political family navigating a contentious election, while trying to make sense of the emotional complexity of family. It truly is a very smart, engaging, heartfelt piece. I will take part in the development of this play via a 29-hour rehearsal period, which will culminate in a public presentation at the Ars Nova loft. Rico’s play Dramatis Personae was produced by The Cherry Lane Theatre and The Playwrights Realm in 2010.
I can’t wait to see how this goes. Working with The Playwrights Realm is always a joy!
I was recently cast in this hilarious pilot due to be pitched this fall. The script is under wraps so I can’t share much yet, but it has amazing writing by Vincent G. Palumbo. The cast includes Oscar nominee Cathy Moriarty (Raging Bull, Analyze That) and Alfred Sauchelli Jr.(A Bronx Tale, Analyze This). It will be a privilege to share a room with, what is, a great cast and crew!

I am lucky enough to be representing the Central American market in a new holiday commercial campaign. It was a great shoot with a great crew. Can’t wait to see the finished product!

“Broad City” meets Almodovar in this raunchy, gross-out comedy about two women with nothing in common who form a friendship over one weekend (and two baby showers) in New York City.
This film finished production in March and will be doing the festival circuit next year. Come along for a wild and crazy ride!
